Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to browse and buy from Velora. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and we keep improving the site as we find problems.

What we do

  • The site can be used with a keyboard, and interactive elements show a visible focus state.
  • Colour choices are always shown with their names as text, never as a colour alone.
  • Forms have labels, and errors are announced next to the field.
  • Product images have text descriptions, and pages use headings and landmarks to help screen readers.
  • The bag, checkout and account pages work without needing a mouse.

Known limitations

We have not yet had the site independently audited, so we cannot claim full conformance.

  • The photo option in the Size & Fit Advisor needs a camera or a photo and is not suitable for everyone. You can always enter your measurements by hand instead.
  • Card payments happen on PayHere's page, which we do not control.
  • Some product photos are decorative or stylistic and may have only a short description.
