Your account

You can order as a guest or create an account. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. You must give accurate details when you order.

Products and prices

Velora is a multi-brand store. Prices are shown in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. We take care to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours can look different on different screens.

If we discover a pricing or stock error after you order, we may cancel the order and refund anything you have paid.

Placing an order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we start preparing it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if a payment fails. You will be told if this happens.

Payment

• Cash on delivery: you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Please have the exact total ready.
• Card: you pay on PayHere's secure page when you place the order. If the payment fails or is cancelled, the order is cancelled and your items are released.

Delivery

We deliver by courier within Sri Lanka. Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by things outside our control. Please make sure someone can receive the order at the address and phone number you give. The courier may call you before delivery.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, contact us promptly at atelier@velora.xpersivelabs.com with your order number and, where you can, a photo, and we will put it right. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Sri Lankan consumer protection law.

Vouchers

One voucher code can be used per order. Vouchers may have a minimum order value, a start and end date and a limit on total uses, and have no cash value. A voucher that does not qualify when you place your order will not be applied.

Size advice

The Size & Fit Advisor gives a recommendation based on the measurements you provide and each brand's own size chart. Photo-based measurements are estimates, accurate to roughly 2 to 3 cm. It is guidance, not a guarantee of fit.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and no automated scraping of our catalogue or images.

Our content

The text, design and photography on the site belong to Velora or our brands and photographers. You may view them for your own shopping, but not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or being negligent. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Questions? Email atelier@velora.xpersivelabs.com.
